Customer Service Officer
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individuals to join our Library Services team as a Customer Service Officer. The successful candidate will have exemplary customer service skills and enjoy interacting with community members of different ages, abilities and cultures.

What this role looks like:
- Provide exceptional customer service to library users.
- Assist customers with the use of library resources and technology
- Participate in the delivery of programs and activities including presenting regular children’s programs.
- Work at any branch of The Hills Shire Library Service as rostered including evenings and weekends.
What are we seeking in our new team member:
- HSC or equivalent
- Driver License (Full, P1 or P2, Class C – NSW) and a valid Working with Children Check
- Experience in a high volume, fast paced customer service environment.
- Experience in the use of technology for service delivery

This is a permanent, part-time position working 17.5 hrs per week every Sunday, Monday and Tuesday based at Vinegar Hill Memorial Library at Rouse Hill. Competitive rates of pay starting at $38.96 per hour (excluding superannuation).
