The Opportunity
Noosa Council is seeking a qualified and experienced Branch Services Librarian to provide leadership and exceptional service across our branch and mobile library services.
In this full-time, permanent role, you will:
- Coordinate daily operations of a library branch and mobile library service
- Lead a customer focussed team of library specialists
- Drive customer experience and continuous improvement projects
- Inspire a culture of creativity, collaboration, innovation and community connection
Experience with managerial processes and an understanding of a Local Government (or similar) environment within a library context would be advantageous.
This is a rare opportunity to join Noosa’s dedicated library staff. The successful applicant will enjoy a stimulating role within a passionate and supportive team.

- Position Remuneration: Level 5.1 ($90,851 Base annual salary) / ($103,123 Total remuneration package which is based on a permanent full-time employee and inclusive of 12% employer superannuation and 17.5% leave loading).
