SWITCH2015 Conference

Each year the NSW Public Libraries Association plans a significant public library conference that attracts delegates from all over Australia. In 2015 NSWPLA will present its annual SWITCH Conference from 17-19 November 2015 at the Australian Technology Park.

The theme for the conference is Sustain + ability. We will be looking at the many facet of sustainability in libraries.

• Sustainable or green buildings
• Sustainable programs and services
• Sustainable staffing
• Financial sustainability

You are invited to joins us in 3 days of information sharing, networking and professional development.

LIBRARY TOUR & SOCIAL PROGRAM

Our conference begins with the Library Tour. Four libraries will be visited on the tour that leaves at 12.30pm from Central Station and returns to the Australian Technology Park at 5.30pm. This is in time for the Welcome Reception. Access Tour details can be accessed here 

WELCOME RECEPTION – Tuesday 17 November

• Registration opens at 5.00pm at Venue is the Australian Technology Park.
• The Welcome Reception commences at 5.30pm and finishes at 7.30pm.

GALA DINNER – Thursday 19 November

The SWITCH 2015 Gala Dinner will be held at The Lighthouse Gallery, Australian National Maritime Museum

• 7.00pm – 7.30pm: On arrival, drinks and canapés
• 7.30pm – 11pm: Dinner and dancing
