As the Customer Service Librarian at Knox you must be able to:
- Evaluate resources and find the best ones for addressing different questions or issues
- Adapt to new tools, systems, and situations as they arise – library and information technology is constantly evolving and shifting and librarians must be able to evolve along with it
- Demonstrate good overall knowledge of contemporary culture and current events to help with facilitating customer needs
- Have demonstrable team player skills
