About us:

About the role:
This position is part of a small team that delivers a wide range of high profile state-wide projects that support development of the Victorian public library sector. Projects cover research, strategy, professional development of library staff, advocacy for libraries and community engagement programs. The coordinator manages and implements all aspects of selected projects to achieve the required outcomes on time and on budget, in compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements, and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders. The position works collaboratively with a wide range of public library and State Library staff and service providers. It is a challenging and exciting position for someone with proven excellent project management and stakeholder liaison skills, sound knowledge of and enthusiasm for the broad library sector, and commitment to improving community wellbeing.
