Customer Service – Librarian

  • Knox Library 
  • Permanent full time – 35 hours
  • $73,694 – $86,059 

As the Customer Service Librarian at Knox you must be able to: 

  • Evaluate resources and find the best ones for addressing different questions or issues
  • Adapt to new tools, systems, and situations as they arise – library and information technology is constantly evolving and shifting and librarians must be able to evolve along with it
  • Demonstrate good overall knowledge of contemporary culture and current events to help with facilitating customer needs
  • Have demonstrable team player skills
