In this leadership role in the Central Library, you will lead, coordinate and evaluate delivery of client services in both Reference and Central Lending with the focus on building and maintaining strong and informed teams in a customer-focused environment; you will also manage the collections of Central Lending and Reference to keep them relevant through regular analysis and consultation with those who use them; and you will provide leadership and initiative in the delivery of programs, staff training, services and projects that advance the service goals and strategic direction of the library service.
