Yarra Plenty Regional Library was successful in its application for funding from the Commonwealth Government through the Department of Broadband, Communication and the Digital Economy for the creation of a National Broadband Network (NBN) enabled Digital Hub at the Mill Park branch. Scope of the funding includes implementing a training program to engage all sectors of the community with digital technologies and the NBN. This position will be responsible for providing high quality training programs to the community through the coordination, delivery, implementation and daily management of the Digital Hub training program. Reporting directly to the Branch Manager, the position will support the marketing, promotion and reporting of the program to ensure key outcomes are met and will actively engage in outreach activities to facilitate this.
