$64,073 to $73,684 per annum + Library Loading + 9% Super

This position will lead, manage and supervise the service points of Library public areas on weekdays, weekends and evenings to facilitate the delivery of responsive, high quality, friendly and efficient services relevant to the diverse needs of the community. You will also be responsible for the implementation of Library plans, processes, procedures and activities.
You will need Tertiary qualifications in Business, Information Services, Library or equivalent, and the ability to work a 7-day roster. You will also have one to two years experience in innovative service delivery and staff supervision, with a proven capacity to lead, develop, train and motivate staff through co-operation, within a Library (or similar) public contact environment.
