We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic leader to join the Libraries, Learning and Youth Department at Darebin City Council. You will be responsible for driving change processes across the service and embedding the Libraries and Learning strategic direction into current and future operations.

Successful applicants will have:

• A relevant tertiary qualification in Library and Information Management and or Customer Service
• Demonstrated knowledge and skills in collection development and/or
• Substantial experience in staff management and leadership, budgeting and program coordination
• A high level of self motivation, initiative and problem solving skills
