The Office for the Arts is using an online survey to canvass public views on the Public Lending Right (PLR) and Educational Lending Right (ELR) schemes.  They are hoping to get responses from a broad cross-section of those with an interest in the PLR and ELR schemes, including LIS Professionals. The survey will be open until 5pm on Tuesday 23 October. It is estimated that it will take approximately 20 minutes to complete.
