Website Membership Request Form

Please note:

  • If you are a current PLA member please enter your Membership Number in the box below to ensure full access to the website.
  • Your Username can be whatever you decide e.g. Bill Smith; or Australia Public Library. Once registered you can change your Username, password etc at anytime.
  • When your registration has been approved you will receive an automated email from the PLA Administrator (usually within 24 hours) you can then login using your Username and nominated Password e.g. Bill Smith | iLoVeLiBrArIEs.
  • TIP: Check your Spam Folder just in case the automated registration confirmation email doesn't make it through to your email Inbox!
